The Redemption Roofing Project Manager will act as a representative for the company in a fashion that is in line with our culture at all times. He/she will prospect, market, run appointments, give presentations, obtain clients, and manage the clients jobs throughout the process of doing repairs to the property of those clients.

Job Requirements: Must be neat and clean in Redemption Roofing uniform when working with Redemption Roofing clients. Must be professional and in line with the Redemption Roofing company culture when working with Redemption Roofing clients. Must provide personal transportation. Must be on time for appointments with prospective or current clients of Redemption Roofing. Must communicate clearly and timely with Redemption Roofing clients and Redemption Roofing office personnel. Must be a better listener than talker when working with Redemption Roofing clients. Must be able to climb a ladder. Must be able inspect a roof. Must continue to educate themselves in our industry regarding sales techniques, application processes, product knowledge and all other areas pertaining to their job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
We are set up 100% digital and touch free. Homes must still be inspected but can be done without direct contact with homeowners.

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
