SpaceQuant streamlines commercial real estate underwriting and financing to unlock more affordable institutional capital for millions of real estate investors. We're using AI to make property underwriting and financing faster, cheaper, and more accurate.

Now we're looking for a Broker Sales Manager to make it possible for even more banks, real estate companies, private lending institutions and other property-related organizations to grow their business through the solutions we offer.

We’re on track toward taking our industry-leading technology and massive datastore is even further. Having transformed the commercial real estate origination and portfolio intelligence processes of the largest lenders, including Keybank, Aareal Capital Corporation, JLL, Prudential, and Pacific Life Insurance, we're now leveraging the same technology to help everyday real estate investors.

We've also got a lean, high-performance team headed by great management with zero bureaucracy and a firm belief in investing in each team member's personal development.

Are you the Sales Manager we're looking for?

We're planning to expand our client base to cover even more of the US property market, so our new Broker Sales Manager will have a 2- to 5-year track record of developing and executing sales strategies on a national as well as local level.

Ideally based in Houston, this Manager will be assessing the competitive landscape and helping us adjust accordingly, and will be setting regular sales goals, helping us to reach them, and reporting on our achievements.

Our Broker Sales Manager will also be helping us set up and grow local referral networks and find ways to make the most of those relationships. This means having great internal and external communication and relationship-building skills, and having to work very closely with our marketing team as well as upper management.

This energetic new addition to our team will also be comfortable with remote as well as on-site or client-facing work. You’ll find that many of us are working across and outside the US, even as we maintain our HQ in Silicon Valley.

Other requirements:

· Ability to travel regularly

· Adept at using Microsoft Teams, HubSpot and other collaboration tech

· Existing contact networks with business partners

· At least a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

· Previous experience in at least an assistant director role

· Strong tech or fintech knowledge, specifically as it relates to sales
