CWF Restoration is a rapidly growing, family-owned water and fire restoration company. As we continue our growth plan at our Houston area branch, we are seeking experienced sales professionals with fire department-adjacent experience.

The Account Manager for Fire Departments builds relationships and brand awareness for CWF Restoration with fire departments so that when they need our services, we’re the ones they call. Our ideal candidate for this role is personable, tenacious, and self-motivated. First impressions and follow through are what makes the Account Manager for Fire Departments successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify viable potential clientele, establish a lasting relationship and building on that relationship to drive business traffic into our Houston branch
  • Attend & participate in marketing events
  • Submit activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management
  • Schedule and attend remote and on-site meetings with fire department administrators and leadership
  • Track progress and submit daily and weekly activity reports of varying levels of detail
  • Research and monitor live labor market data to maintain competitive edge in the marketplace

Requirements:

  • Firefighting or law enforcement experience
  • Highly personable with the knowhow and experience needed to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • 2-4 years of previous experience establishing and maintaining relationships in business settings
  • Knowledge of construction and/or plumbing industries are preferred but not required
  • Must possess valid driver’s license be able to spend a majority of your time working in the field
  • High level of attention to detail
