You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

We’re looking for a sales manager to help families to take control of their electricity bill, save money and make an impact on the environment.
The sales manager will be responsible for building a team of sales reps, organizing, training and assisting the team throughout the sales process.
Ensure that the sales team is working effectively with the tools and platforms to maximize close rates, as well as managing their individual pipeline to meet individual goals.
Attend ongoing training and activities to promote continued education in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
Hold daily meetings
Help your team generate new prospects through canvassing or networking
Present to self-generated prospects or company leads
Generate and set appointments.
Follow up with existing prospects
Share and learn best practices
Job Type:
Full-time
Monday to Friday with availability during the weekends.
Pay:
Depending on experience.
Bi-weekly payroll schedule
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus and commission
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales, door knocking and canvassing management experience
Must be able to build coach and manage your own team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Positive attitude
Competitive drive
Spanish is required
Valid Driver's License
Must pass drug test and background check
Previous solar experience is a PLUS
Reliable transportation
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
