The Senior Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for functional areas including the development and implementation of sales marketing and business development strategies; identifying, recruiting, training and oversight of real estate agents and staff; compliance with federal and state regulations; management of operations for the Houston branch office and real Estate transactions. Moreover, the Senior Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining Douglas Elliman’s corporate identity and ensuring its prominence through the development and execution of best-in-class programs aimed to attract and retain top tier real estate professionals and development opportunities.

Essential Functions:

Manage all day-to-day sales activities in order to ensure their efficient and cost-effective operations by implementing the necessary systems, programs, policies and procedures. Identifies regional business development opportunities, develops business goals and strategies necessary in order to meet objectives set by the Douglas Elliman Executive team. Oversee training in the region including all areas of brokerage, listing procurement and retention, contracts, ethics and regulations. Creates value propositions for Douglas Elliman and works with corporate marketing staff to design and implement effective marketing and business development strategies. Identifies and recruits key regional real estate agents to affiliate with Douglas Elliman and develops programs designed to promote, support and retain agents. To serve as a liaison with clients of the firm when necessary, with regard to lead generation, business retention, transaction management and conflict resolution.

Key Selection Criteria:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Strong management background with experience working alongside best-in-class sales and professionals. Proven Success in a metrics-driven role where ambitious goals were achieved. Diverse real estate industry experiences a plus. Wide range of sale experiences with strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate across the organization at all levels proven leadership skills managing and coaching direct reports .Strong market knowledge and proven local real estate brokerage experience. Creative gaining marketing awareness and customer engagement low-cost/high return programs.


B.S. required, MBA preferred


10-15 years related management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
