ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for a Sales Development Representative to complete our “Inside to Outside Sales” development program in Houston, TX.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:

Work with our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to build a solid sales foundation, learn about our products, and build customer relationships

• Achieve sales objectives, develop and nurture customer relationships, create customer-focused solutions, and deliver value in partnership with the ANDON Sales Team and Principals
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of the industry, technologies, applications, and customers within assigned account base
