We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Leasing Consultant to drive marketing and leasing at the community 135-168 units count. The Leasing Consultant will ensure property reach and maintain 95% +occupancy, will market properties, and will screen prospective tenants.

The leasing manager will be in charge of marketing for the community and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities. The Leasing Consultant will be required to rotate between 3 properties if needed and while on property will need to complete lease applications and do verification of applicant’s information.

Leasing Consultant Requirements:

· High School diploma or higher

· 3 years + work experience as a Leasing Agent or assistant manager.

· Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.

· Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

· Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Bilingual-Spanish and English required

· Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

· Strong people skills.

· Fair Housing training

· Must be proficient with Resman

· Must have knowledge in Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

· Must have knowledge in different marketing platforms like Facebook, Apartments.com, Instagram, Virtual Tours and understand new technology trends in multifamily marketing.

· Available to travel between 3 locations in the Houston Metropolitan area

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
