Opportunity Overview

Our Team Members help bring the Blossom experience to life by providing timeless and elegant service evolved for the modern world. The Front Office Agent is responsible for fulfilling customer service and administrative roles in the hotel. They welcome and orient new guests and issue room keys. Additionally, a Front Office Agent will manage and update information regarding room availability, rates, and available amenities. A Front Office Agent works to ensure an organized and friendly interaction between the hotel and guests. Our boutique hotel requires the talents and skills of an experienced Front Office Agent. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service.

• Prolonged periods standing and working on a computer.
• Occasional Pushing/Pulling /lifting up to 25 lbs. at times.

• Hotel Front Desk Experience in a luxury setting preferred
• Must speak fluent English
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule able to work a flexible schedule
