We're looking for our first Community Coordinator to help keep Entera's HQ employees happy and comfortable. As a Community Coordinator, you will be supporting our Office Manager in maintaining a pleasant work environment as well as ensuring our office is running efficiently and smoothly. You'd be the backbone in everything organization such as ordering weekly kitchen supplies, keeping the office tidy, conference room management, restocking supplies and any additional ad hoc tasks. What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with the Office Manager to be the face of Entera
  • Help to manage the guest experience, and keep the reception area welcoming, stocked, and organized
  • Keep up to date with office maintenance and office safety, enforcing COVID-19 policies and procedures
  • Order for, organize, and restock office kitchen and supply closet
  • Maintain the office condition and cleanliness
  • Assist in scheduling travel for our leadership team
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in facilitating onsite interviews
  • Assist in scheduling critical office meetings and meeting room coordination
  • Help to address employee questions pertaining to office management (e.g. stationery, business cards, hardware, Entera swag, travel arrangements, ordering supplies)
  • Assist in on-boarding of new hires desk setup, shipping equipment
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as needed
  • Be an informative resource for all things Entera office!

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
  • Experience work in office management or executive assistant roles
  • Capacity to work with different types of people from various backgrounds
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel and other MS Office Skills
  • Willingness to lend a helping hand
  • Ability to work alone and in teams
  • High level of integrity in dealing with information of a sensitive nature
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to work in Houston (Our Houston office is near Memorial City Mall)
