Key Duties

Join our growing company of professionals as a sales manager. We are in search of a manager that will promote our office values through the recruitment, training, and management of a sales staff of 10 to 15 licensed real estate agents. A sales manager will add value to our team by identifying opportunities for growth (territory,competency etc), yielding efficient production of sales agents, and building a pipeline of listings and acquisitions.

  • Recruit professional agents in accordance with office protocols and manage the onboarding process
  • Contribute to online and offline training schedule which may include 1 on 1 coaching
  • Assign territory and incoming leads based on competency and availability
  • Report production efforts and sales pipeline to broker on a weekly basis
  • Facilitate the negotiation and compliance of purchase offers, listing agreements, rental agreements and accompanying contracts to prospective buyers and sellers.

The ideal candidate has a passion to be transformative in the communities we serve. In addition to being a driven and creative problem solver, the candidate should be able to perform in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. Must have strong leadership skills and be able to research housing data and trends using current technology. Last, the candidate should be organized, composed, and comfortable with being a student of the industry.

  • High School or better, some college preferred.
  • Licensed Texas real estate agent
  • 4+ years experience.



  • This position is for an independent contractor relationship
  • Commitment of 20+ hours weekly
  • Remote position, but requires occasional meeting, travel, and/or conferencing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
