Essential Job Functions:

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and an annual Marketing Report. (reach local,, other ILS’s, google analytics, reputation management, and social media)
  • Quarterly digital curb appeal audits (frequency could be based on individual assets)
  • Update Photography on ILS’s as needed and update in shared folder (seasonal, new photography, etc.)
  • Google Analytics set up, sourcing codes, and tracking
  • Produce in house collateral upon request
  • Coordinates Marketing Promo Items for the company
  • Monitor Reputation Management Efforts
  • Represent Morgan on all PPC/SEO Calls
  • Ability to present topics and how to’s to groups in the company
  • Knowledge and use of PowerPoint and zoom presentations
  • Assist Digital Media and Marketing Manager with collateral design and website proofing
  • Visit properties in the portfolio on a regular basis (quarterly). Establish rapport with the site teams and learn the specifics of each property.
  • Monitor Weekly Reports and work with VP of Operations and VP of Marketing to identify focus properties
  • Recommend and implement contests and/or challenges to motivate properties to achieve certain goals.
  • Assist at job fairs
  • Be on site when a new property is acquired, if needed
  • Expense Analysis
  • Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s).
  • Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with various special projects.
  • Performa and Property budgeting knowledge is required
  • Travel may be required

Physical Requirements:

  • The physical demands of described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to use close vision, color vision, and depth perceptions for extended periods


General business aspects in operations and property management required. Real Estate or Property Management background preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. In addition, proven experience in the following is required:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and PPC Campaigns.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, web analytics and google AdWords.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to quickly learn software and reporting formats.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with initiative in completing tasks.
  • The ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.
