As a full-time Commissions Tracking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing commission payments that enhance the accounting process efficiency and ensure transactional accuracy.
Job Details:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly commission reports to individuals involved in variable compensation program
  • Audit commission calculations and reports for discrepancies
  • Track, document, and amend commission payment records
  • Serve as point of contact for payroll commission inquiries and research invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain commission records and update files as needed
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing of commission payments
  • Answer commission and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
  • Be responsive to internal client needs with excellent communication and follow up
  • Assist department in various special projects
  • Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies

  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel is required and experience with Access is a plus
  • Experience with data mining and general accounting systems is a plus
  • Capable of working both independently and cooperatively with a team
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and thorough in keeping records
  • Able to maintain poise and professionalism in meeting deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency as well as flexibility to change as needed
  • Accounting degree a plus
