Location: Remote near UT, NJ, TX and GA
The Marketing Automation Lead will support the marketing organization in building marketing automation programs to support demand generation, customer marketing and partner marketing.Financial Responsibility:
- Leverages existing marketing operations budget. Responsible for ensuring all costs are approved and fall within the budget.
- Works with internal team members to identify automation project.
- Responsible for building and executing the programs within the MAP, including trigger-based, multi-step nurturing programs.
- Segment and analyze the database for targeted campaigns.
- Report and analyze campaign data and make recommendations on process flow and nurture paths.
- Ensure programs are built to maximize the ability to track program results.
- Test all programs for accuracy.
- Implement testing methodology - Utilize A/B testing whenever possible to improve response rates.
- Manage the MAP/CRM integration process to ensure technology is fully maximized.
- Working with Sales Dev to ensure accurate and easy handoff within pipeline.
- Document processes within the team and with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times
- Communicate in an effective and professional way with customers in and outside of CXone.

Required Education, Experience, and Specific Job Related Skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent work experience required
- Experience Requirements:3+ years’ experience in B2B high-tech Proven portfolio of metrics-based successful reporting1-2 years experience working with marketing automation (Eloqua or Marketo) and a CRM (Salesforce.com) required
- Proficient in the MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in B2B marketing within SaaS technology companies
