Full-timeThe primary responsibility of the Investor Relations Specialist is to support the company’s efforts in executing the investor relations program. Our team is focused on increasing shareholder value through effective communication of Rockstar's strategy, financial results and operations to the financial community including shareholders and research analysts. Additionally, we also drive better understanding of Rockstar's positioning and emerging trends for our management team by analyzing financial research/information about Rockstar, its peers and the industry.
Role responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining the investor inbox ensuring all investor inquiries are responded to quickly and efficaciously.
Managing the investor phone line, answering calls, and keeping track of investor inquiries.
Calling and building relationship with new leads coming into the system on a daily basis.
Creating and implementing self-sufficient drip email campaigns to increase investor engagement between equity raises.
Facilitating and performing multiple sales calls each week helping to raise investor equity and sell admission The Apartment Rockstar Mastermind.
Overseeing sales progress and tracking metrics for various products.
Creating, planning, and implementing investor-facing events (such as New Investor Orientations).
Attending and representing Rockstar Capital at various events (such as ThinkRealty, CapitalCon, Total Wealth Academy, etc).
Identifying and vetting new events which pose the opportunity to connect with and convert new investors into our systems.
Assisting the Investor Relations team in identifying, creating, and executing mass communication opportunities to keep investors educated on current and future deals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field.
2-3 years of relevant experience with financial modeling (e.g. investment banking and/or private equity)
Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to interpret information and financial concepts for the investment community and management and apply them in business analysis situations.
Demonstrated understanding of technology and business models. Must demonstrate the desire and capacity to learn about our industry, products, competitors, and other key audiences
Excellent proficiency in Excel. While not required, experience with financial research tools
Strong organizational skills. History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Consistent track record of success and progression.
