Studio Brand is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator “DMC” to join our digital team. The DMC will be an integral part of a small but dynamic team at Studio Brand, which is dedicated to advancing new approaches to brand engagement designed for the digital, networked age. The position will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of content, websites and social media properties designed to ensure we are innovatively and progressively leading marketing initiatives for our clients.


The right candidate for this position must be passionate about marketing, proactive in thinking, learning, and implementing digital technology. In this role, your will be required to work hard to promote the efforts of the client, to support a demanding flow of content creation, social community management, email marketing initiatives, and reporting/analytics.


This position will be deeply involved with the following: editorial and web content management; data analytics collection and analysis; social media management; support of various strategy activities; content management and curation.


As a DMC, you will manage social and digital media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:


  • Developing relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
  • Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Developing integrated marketing and PR strategies for the Agency, and direct the execution of those strategies with agency resources and outside partners
  • Managing and publishing a steady stream of social and web content to showcase the agency’s work, people, culture, and community impact efforts.
  • Must have previous experience with Email Marketing, CRM, Click Funnels, Search Marketing, Social Media, and Growth Strategies.
  • Contributing to marketing and PR strategies for client campaigns, alongside other agency stakeholders.
  • Following industry news and trends to identify opportunities for company promotion, and to help inspire the agency and its work.
  • Managing and executing submissions to industry awards shows.
  • Identifying and facilitating opportunities to raise the visibility of agency team members, including speaking and teaching opportunities, jury memberships, and thought leadership.
  • Developing relationships with key influencers and media contacts to keep the Agency top of mind.
  • Interact with clients’ POCs, as needed

Expected Skills, Knowledge and Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in digital marketing and management
  • Experience to include Content Management System (CMS), Email Marketing, SEO/SEM
  • bidding strategies, blogs, social media and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
  • Detail oriented with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) computer skills
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for online channels;
  • Knowledge of Associated Press (AP) Style Guide, specifically for online channels;
  • Enthusiasm for web, social media and marketing trends;
  • Strong project management and time management skills;
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to shift modes of operation seamlessly;
  • Ability to work irregular hours and schedules;
  • Ability to analyze data to assess performance and ROI;
