Position Overview:
The Marketing & Public Relations (PR) Representative is responsible for managing and executing a marketing inbounding, customer outreach, and promotional strategy, maximizing Enduro's brand awareness and increasing market share. The role encompasses all analytical, creative, digital, and administrative skills necessary to be successful executing the duties of this role.

The individual will be responsible for these primary functions:
− Manage and execute marketing plan outlining a promotional strategy to generate leads from target markets as defined by corporate and product line sales management.
− Inbound and Website strategy and tactics execution
− Social media and sales support campaigns
− Public relations: event strategy (external & internal) and support
− Marketing collateral and promotional items
− Execute and coordinate corporate and executive team needs
− Some travel may be required as needed and approved by management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Marketing & PR Representative is charged with the following duties and responsibilities to succeed in this role:
- Management and execution of a marketing plan which details Enduro’s inbounding and customer outreach, events and promotional campaigns. The plan shall contain objectives to be reviewed and measured for communication to marketing and sales upper management.
- Oversee Enduro’s corporate and brand portfolio by maximizing brand exposure. Protect and maintain corporate and product line brand consistency through messaging that should set Enduro apart from its competition.
- Generate, execute, and measure marketing strategy and KPI metrics.
- Handle customer survey process including quarterly marketing metrics at internal ISO meeting.
- Prepare and manage annual marketing expense budget in parallel with the sales team to analyze marketing ROI and recommended adjustments.
- Owns continued improvement and maintenance of the website (Content Management System), including establishing goals and metrics targeting SEO, keyword, meta tag and advertisement analysis.
- Provide creative vision and analysis for promotional and advertising campaigns.
- Owns and coordinates preparation, set up and tear down of all customer and corporate related events including related document and collateral preparation.
- Manage market collateral and promotional items including literature, presentation, case studies, advertisements, press releases (including execution), emails/correspondence templates, customer SWAG, corporate outerwear and other promotional and event materials with input from managers and sales leaders.
- Execute and coordinate corporate and executive team needs and events.
- Manage all CRM content related to marketing metrics.

Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/Public Relations, or Advertising/Graphic Design.
Minimum of 1 year of experience successfully managing a company marketing plan.

Skills & Competency:
The ideal candidate should have and display the following skills and experience:
− Experience (1-2 years) in directly working with Google Analytics and demonstrating marketing plan adjustments related to data from User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) monitoring
− Direct experience with creating social media and blogging content
− Competency in marketing/graphic design software including WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, content management system (CMS), and or other CRMs.
− Excellent attention to detail particularly with design content and corporate branding.
− Presentation creation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint and other key software.
− Video or webinar creative experience very helpful.
− Project or event management experience.
− Comfortable multi-tasking, and working alone, on teams or with customers
− Disciplined time & priority management
− Comfortable learning general technical concepts to apply towards marketing purposes
− Experience in researching through the web, phone networking, or other resources.
− Excellent verbal and written communication skills
