The Position performs functions as it relates to manufacturing screens for the FSI Screens Division. Functions include but are not limited to Frame Washing, Coating, Press Operations, Welding, Mesh cutting and Preparation, Painting.
Nature and Scope:
This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
Principal Duties:
Perform assembly duties as directed by Production Manager.
Assist in reporting daily production totals to Production Manager.
Assist as required to insure the timely processing of all orders.
Maintain an attitude that is conducive to cooperation among all employees.
Set an example daily by performing your job in a safe and efficient manner.
Follow the quality example set by Management as it relates to appearance and performance to reflect a dedicated Fluid Systems employee.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of and consistent compliance with all Fluid Systems policies and workplace safety procedures.
Ability to consistently and efficiently perform all assigned tasks during the workday shift.
Willingness to learn and perform all tasks associated with FSI screen production.
Experience in assembly line operations a plus.
Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to perform duties with limited supervision upon completion of training.
