JD Proposed (PLC & Programming) – at Onsite at Halliburton Houston North Belt: -

Essential Skill Level: -

1. Hands on experience on electrical panel circuits design.

2. Knowledge on Grounding, Shielding etc.

3. Configuration/Calibration of analog instruments (4-20 mA as well as 0-10VDC)

4. Hands on experience of Software development for PLC including HMI / User Interface Screens and reports generation.

5. Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal V14 or Higher.

6. Knowledge on Siemens WinCC is added advantage.

7. Knowledge on industrial communication protocol like Industrial communication protocols Profibus, Profinet, Modbus is must.

8. Knowledge on PLC system diagnosis is essential.

9. Knowledge on PID, Controls & Engineering Process.

10. Good exposure on Server-client configuration of SCADA systems. OPC DA and UA a plus.

11. Knowledge of different PLC ecosystems, eg Siemens S7 range, Wago PFC range

12. Good experience with Hardware Configuration, Integration and testing of SCADA System.

13. Remote IO or DCS integration experience a plus.

14. Knowledge of Siemens PLC S1200 and S1500 family is added advantage.

Qualifications: -

1. 5 – 10 years’ experience in PLC Programming and testing in SCL, Ladder language.

2. B.S. degree / Engineering Degree in Instrumentation Engineering.

3. 5-10 years’ experience in PLC / SCADA / Electrical Panel Design.

Tools: -

1. Siemens TIA Portal V13 or Higher.

2. Siemens WinCC HMI programmer.

3. Codesys.

Domain Expertise: -

Automotive, Oil & Gas, Industrial Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

• Houston, TX 77002: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Instrumentation & Control Technicians: 6 years (Preferred)
