Work you'll do
You will work directly with Deloitte's discovery team, the client and outside counsel to solve complex data issues. This work can take place directly at the client site or may be performed remotely from your home office or at our cutting-edge Electronic Discovery Solutions Center ('EDSC') in Hermitage Tennessee. Here are just some to the things you will be doing:
Manage development of appropriate eDiscovery software, custom script, and report to solve specific client issues
Employs project management skills to align resources and tasks, and distribution of work
Execute day-to-day activities on client engagements
Help prepare and present oral and written reports and presentations
Help define resource requirements
Supervise and train consultants
Work in a hands-on capacity with Relativity and other Discovery technologies
Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Participate in initiatives to improve the capabilities of the practice

Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of Discovery/Discovery Consulting experience
2+ years of experience in managing small to medium size data analytic projects
Demonstrated experience in the Discovery lifecycle including document collection, processing, review, and production
3+ years experience working with Relativity
Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management
Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Strong ability to properly delegate workload
Demonstrated ability to provide services involving accounting and business consulting projects; participate in client presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 20% for client service projects (While the ability to travel based on the requirements of client service projects is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice).
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stated without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
Understanding of corporate law department operations
Understanding of e-discovery processes and tools and systems
Information governance and document retention in the context of e-discovery
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas in non-technical terms
Ability to provide strategy and operations design and implementation services
Experience in professional services firm preferred
The ability to describe complex technical concepts and ideas to in non-technical terms
Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
