Immediate Opening: Intake Agent (Full-Time Position) to work within our Houston Office
Pulaski Kherkher, PLLC is hiring for self-motivated individuals who wish to join the team.
In this position you would be the first point of contact with potential clients who have inquired to make claims against companies who have provided dangerous drugs, devices, and other unsafe products to our clients.
Our firm is responsible for guiding clients through the process of litigation and ultimately compensation for them. This position is one of the most pivotal roles in that process.

Pay:
$14-$15 / Hour (Bilingual / Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
1) Returning calls for perspective clients that have inquiries into our firm.
2) Complete the qualifying intake while providing empathy and understanding to their situation.
3) Send out Electronic Documents to perspective clients
4) Communicate through text, email, and phone calls
5) Deliver excellent customer service to all clients within a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
Ability to type at least 40 word per minute
Communications Skills to Interact with Clients
Consistent Attendance
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a PLUS
Good judgement and the ability to escalate calls when necessary
Emotional Empathy and Sympathy with Pleasant, Personable and Positive Attitude
Clean Professional Appearance
Quick learners who are interested in the legal industry and wish to know more
Ability to write clear and concise notes and client responses directly into the CRM
Education Experience:
High School Diploma (GED Equivalent)

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
