Our firm is seeking a is a bilingual (English/Spanish) case manager to handle personal injury case files in our Houston office. You must have prior personal injury case management experience along with being able to handle a case file from intake to settlement or litigation to be considered for this position. A case manager is responsible in assisting clients in gathering all needed information to support their claim while maintaining communication throughout the case.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file
- Schedule doctor appointments for clients
- Open insurance claims
- Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens
- Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case
- Collect and organize medical records
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers
- Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations
- Client communication
Qualifications:
- Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
