RecruiterDescription:
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting; from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing through offer acceptance. Responsibilities include:

• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and align on a recruiting strategy
• Screen applicant resumes and schedule interviews
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn
• Conduct interviews, as needed
• Lead candidate debrief sessions with hiring team
• Draft and extend employment offers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to candidates, ensuring a strong candidate experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional HR Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
• Prior recruiting experience within a demanding and fast paced environment
• Must have strong written and verbal skills (English language)

Qualifications

• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Experience recruiting in the Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and/or LNG industries is a plus
• Must have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the talent acquisition function through professional qualifications and recruiting acumen
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Superior interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a strong attention to details
• Strong understanding of current labor market trends with the ability to advise internal stakeholders appropriately
