The Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining the company’s public image through the implementation of marketing initiatives. This role oversees a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, online and offline promotions, and market research. The Brand Manager leads research involving surveying and polling demographics, determining demand for products, and other relevant field research. This role is responsible for understanding what makes our target audience tick, and for developing a customer experience program that positions our brand according to those motivators. The Brand Manager also engages employees through ongoing communication programs and working closely with the business leaders to do so.

Responsibilities: *

  • Rationalize current brand structure & develop and launch corporate brand visual strategy
  • Design a research-based brand strategy
  • Develop and implement customer satisfaction survey program
  • Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Define & manage product brand structure and supporting tools including product identity and packaging
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Create, execute, and manage customer experience programs
  • Create, execute and manage employee engagement programs
  • Support public relations and industry organization relationship management
  • Write pitches, blog posts and articles
  • Manage corporate swag program
  • Develop social media creative content and ensure brand consistency
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
  • Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas
  • Measure and report on success of branding initiatives


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
