Job Description
We are looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Technician to work in our Houston, TX office. This is not a remote position.

Provide on-site end user support for branch office personnel and remote users

  • Setup, configure and ship laptops, monitors and peripherals to new employees
  • Organize and manage IT physical hardware inventory
  • Assist cyber security analyst and networking engineer with various projects

Other technical duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Helpdesk Support position, with a Level 2 expertise
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and non-technical communication skills
  • Local and remote end-user system troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10 Desktop/Workstation Operating Systems
  • Expert level experience of installation, configuration, reimaging, and support of computer systems hardware and software. Including peripheral devices and accessories
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle stress and deliver positive service
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies

Proactive thinker with attention to detail
Preferred Skills

  • General knowledge of Virus/Malware/Spyware diagnostic removal techniques
  • ABSOLUTE device management tool
