Knowledge / Experience:
Must have 2 years of long term care experience
Must have MDS / TILE experience
Must be fluent in MDS 2.0
Licensure / Certifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in this Texas.
