Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) is hiring a Training Manager to oversee and execute the RME Technical Training programs in the RME Learning and Development (L&D) Centers of Excellence (CoE) by contributing to the design of the learning program and managing a team of RME L&D Trainers. The Training Manager will own the operation and maintenance of the CoE and lead a team of CoE trainers while partnering with key stakeholders to coordinate and execute the daily activities of the assigned CoE. This is a key role in the Learning and Development (L&D) team for RME in North America. You will lead a team of trainers responsible for the assessment of the skills of technicians and execute delivery for instructor-led training, provide support to local sites by leveraging trainers during peak times, provide support and coordination with Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams, OEMs, and other engineering and/or learning groups, and executes identified training needs of the network. You will support continuous development of technical trainers with the introduction of new technology and by establishing training certification processes. You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors on complex problems, deal with ambiguity, and deliver a world class RME training facility and experience to stakeholders.

- Order new training supplies as needed in compliance with $500 limit
- Ensure quality of training via audit
- Request updates to training material as necessary
- Handle escalations from trainers
- Hold weekly standups with team onsite
- Monitor status of team safety and other required training
- Single thread for training issues from technical trainers
- Owns onboarding new trainers
- 1:1 with Training Managers
- Maintain CoE library/manuals/classroom materials/signage/check sheets
- Ensure security of the CoE
- Parts setup and maintain stock rooms
- Travel domestically up to 40%
- Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management
- Experience with Continuous Improvement mechanisms
