MOGAS is seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to lead instrumentation, electrical and control engineering for our Modules business. This role will provide technical oversight of the engineering required over the project life cycle of severe service modular process units.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of Support and oversee the detailed engineering and procurement for instrumentation, electrical and control design and engineering
• Provides engineering support by developing design plan, oversight and implementation of testing procedures and acceptance testing for fabrication and construction
• Commissioning, startup and ongoing post startup support
• Provides engineering technical functional support in developing engineering processes and procedures to drive improved project efficiency and reliability

Qualified candidates must have an Electrical Engineering degree as well as minimum five (5) years of experience in Refining and Petrochemical industries with severe service heavy residual oil experience.
