EYP is currently looking for a Designer for Architecture in Houston. This person will work under minimal supervision to assist project teams and work on a variety of projects from schematic design through construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Work with others on design/technical tasks
• Perform architectural assignments and works from designs of others, compiles data, performs elementary design computations, and prepares architectural plans and renderings
• Perform graphic tasks according to the EYP Project Delivery Manual
• Understand and execute “red marked” revisions
• Develop detail sketches generated by Project Architects
• Draft construction documents based on previously developed information
• May develop, modify and/or review drawings according to established standards
• Develop solutions to technical problems
• May supervise Designer I’s during a portion of the job
