Job Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for selling, estimating, and project managing jobs ranging up to $50,000 by performing the following duties.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and sells the job.
• Scopes the damages at the site, creates an estimate on a database, and submits it to the insurance company/property management company for approval.
• Coordinates the repairs of the property using our contractors and ensures the project gets completed to the Jenkins standard.
• Calls or meets customer to ensure satisfaction and collects payment for work completed.
• Manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Estimating/Management

• Markets and sells services to Insurance Agents, Insurance Adjusters, Facility Managers, Property Managers to secure work to meet revenue as well as cash goals
• Manages work received through Third Part Administrators to meet revenue as well as cash goals

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has supervisory responsibilities; Project Manager will supervise sub-contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a person who delights in helping people in their time of need
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Construction experience required
• Xactimate and estimating experience preferred
• Must have clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and drug test

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Xactimate: 1 year (Preferred)
