The company employs over 40 professional engineers who design and manage construction projects from the nine offices and is currently searching for a Project Manager based out of their West Region. As a part of their growing team, the Project Manager will be essential to the success and growth of the company.
As a Project Manager…
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned jobs:
Geotechnical and structural analysis and design
Construction Management primarily within the region, but also provide support and partake in other project opportunities throughout the country for learning and development
Estimating, budgeting, procurement, equipment coordination, managing schedules, and project coordination
Communicate at all levels of the project in both written and verbal methods
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in civil engineering, construction management, or construction technology fields of study
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to establish strong working relationships with all members of the team, internal and external
Creative problem solving and the ability to identify different approaches to overcome hurdles
Exhibit high ethical behavior in decision making and interactions
Willingness to travel as needed, an average of 30% dependent upon project schedules
Ability to lead and motivate team members
