We are looking for a skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team. The preconstruction manager will be responsible for creating a construction schedule, communicating with the engineering staff, organizing subcontractor bidding and coordinating on-site labor. The ideal candidate for this position has experience managing other employees, as well as a background in construction.
Responsibilities:
- Review architectural drawings and blueprints, ensuring that the details are translated accurately into blueprints for construction.
- Create and set up plans for constructing new buildings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
