Summary of Role:
The focus of this role is working within the Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Business Office in the area of Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS). Role will interface with executive and senior leadership to provide a variety of state-of-the-business performance reports including operational service metrics, financial and resourcing status and other ad hoc executive report requests.
Responsibilities:
Work with senior leaders and staff to compile, develop and review content for a multitude of executive reports such as, but not limited to:
- Monthly operating performance reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) including detailed explanations on financial performance, Service Level Agreement (SLA), staffing statistics, project updates, etc., as compared
to target
- Monthly state-of-the-business reports for the CTO to the Enterprise Services (ES) VP and the Business CIOs including up-to-date accomplishments, goal tracking and various other trends and informationPreparation, coordination and facilitation of monthly EIS metric reviews including but not limited to:
- Identification of major incidents and review of root causes
- Trend analysis of operational metrics and identifying areas of improvementCollaborate with Service Leads to update and add content to EIS Control Tower Metrics report as well as monthly highlights to the Enterprise Services VP
Coordinate and collaborate with Executive Leadership Team to develop quarterly Operational Key Results (OKRs) and report monthly progress updates.
Dashboard reporting and metrics compilation to Enterprise Services CTO and Vice President
Ad-hoc report development
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience
At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, HR partner, or similar roles
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Must be a US Person (Permanent Resident/Green Card holder or US Citizen)
Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Financial acumen; ability to analyze understand financial results
Requires ability to communicate with, and present to, executive leadership
Executive presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience
Experience building data-based recommendations to solve complex problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
Familiarity with statistics, forecasting, and modeling methodologies
Marketing campaigns and publications
Problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business knowledge
Understanding of basic project management principles

This role will be primarily virtual. Preference is to be in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
