Job Description:

  • Work as part of a technical support team delivering a quality service to multiple clients using a variety of cloud-based solutions

  • Provide technical support of production and development systems, running on various cloud platforms and ensuring SLA targets are met

  • Deploy changes following project standards and processes

  • Manage relationships with application vendors and ensure they are meeting all service levels and responsibilities

  • This is a remote position. WHEN COVID RESTRICTIONS END, SOME TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow

  • Monitor health of the Contact Center platform and escalate issues when identified

  • Update Contact Flows and Prompts using Amazon Connect

  • Assist in keeping documentation of environments up to date and accurate

  • Notify vendors and clients of issues with the Contact Center platform

  • Support clients in creating and running reports in various analytics platforms


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Support

  • High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic AWS Knowledge

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $27.04- $52.40 and information on benefits is here
