We are currently seeking an entry level Management Trainee candidate for our headquarter branch in the Northwest Houston area. Candidates MUST possess a bachelor's degree with a business designation. The Management Trainee will learn Credit Union operations while also rotating to each of our Houston-area branch locations. This position will support various Branch Operation Managers by learning management duties and working in that capacity on a routine basis. Many who experience the role of Management Trainee find it advantageous to be given the opportunity to experience each department of our company including but not limited to Call Center, Accounting, Teller, Lending and lobby operations to name a few. This position also requires candidates to be available to work extended hours and Saturdays.
