The Account Based Marketing Specialist will work with the Senior Marketing Manager to design, implement, deliver, and measure an Account Based Marketing (ABM) program to accelerate pipeline for target accounts and support the overall lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate has prior experience with ABM methods and tools. They will know how to put together an effective integrated marketing campaign that reaches the right accounts, with the right message through the right channel at the right time to maximize effectiveness and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, manage email campaigns with personalized messaging, create digital advertising, and drive conversions.

Since this position has the potential to work remotely, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently as a self-starter and work well with others. The ideal candidate has strong editing and proofreading skills and is comfortable with grammar and punctuation rules.

Profile and Responsibilities:

  • Help make ARES PRISM the most recognized enterprise project controls software on the market.
  • Plan and implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Leverage market intelligence, customer data, and analytics to identify and prioritize target accounts and high-value segments.
  • Increase lead generation by targeting key accounts and personalizing the campaign messaging to fit their interests, company size, project requirements.
  • Manage the direct mail marketing campaigns that will be done in conjunction with ABM.
  • Implement, manage and optimize usage of ABM-related software.
  • Measure success of ABM program with relevant analytics and insights to show impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Assist with email marketing, social media marketing, and website live chat engagement.
  • Constantly improve the quality of campaigns, acting on weak areas, optimizing strengths, measuring and controlling ROI based on actual costs and performance results.
  • Understand new marketing techniques used by other best-in-class tech companies and help ARES PRISM innovate in reaching our target markets on a global basis.
  • Become a power-user for all marketing related technologies including Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Zoom/Microsoft Teams, Survey Monkey, Google Ads, live chat tool, and LinkedIn Advertising.


  • BS/BA in marketing, business, communications, public relations or related field is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in ABM, demand generation, PPC, and/or marketing ideally in B2B enterprise software company or B2B SaaS technology
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated/ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative, problem solver, dependable
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines
