Key Purpose:


The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for awareness and demand generation plans and execution in North America. They work in concert with the Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales and any regional leadership to define and execute impactful campaigns that support business goals. The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for increasing brand awareness in their region, driving leads, supporting Veristat’s account-based marketing approach, identifying new marketing channels, as well as evaluating and reporting success. They will be accountable for specific engagement; lead generation and form submit targets. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager will oversee the regional budget and localize messages and content that communicate the value of Veristat services and brand to specific customer segments in their region.


Primary Duties + Responsibility:

  • Recommend, plan, organize, execute, evaluate, and report on campaigns and marketing channels. Campaigns will encompass a range of channels such as digital advertising, social media, conferences, tradeshows, presentations, webinars, podcasts, blogs, emails, video, and more.
  • Devise and develop best-in-class marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and moving prospects though the buying cycle.
  • Recommend and utilize robust measurement plans and KPIs that support effective evaluation of campaign and channel success and learning via test and control techniques.
  • Create/Build campaign content, assets, materials in HubSpot, Adobe, Salesforce, or other.
  • Create and manage all tracking to ensure proper measurement and reporting.
  • Manage the localization of content including SMEs, colleagues, agencies, and vendors.
  • Recommend strategic programs or initiatives that will positively impact regional growth.
  • Target and modify global content and messaging to ensure highest return.
  • Support creation of key messages, value proposition, brand promise, and identity.
  • Own brand compliance in assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors.
  • Develop and execute nurture programs and workflows to move prospects and clients through the funnel and through their clinical development process.
  • Track, approve and report marketing spend.
  • Ensure proper utilization of tools and processes such as lead flow, campaign set-up, asset numbers, tagging, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with SMEs, local resources and the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Update and maintain website and other digital channels, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Contribute to process and STACK definition, improvement and utilization.
  • Maintain key tracking documents/tools to keep team, region and company informed.
  • Serve as a source for regional competitive, marketing channel and market intelligence. Gather and share data on a regular cadence.
  • Complete other marketing projects as assigned.
  • Perform duties above to meet or exceed KPIs; including but not limited to leads, awareness/engagement, form submits and ROMI.


Experience & Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in a CRO, biotech, pharma, or life sciences setting required; experience in an organization with a client focused, consulting model preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Channels required.
  • Ability to set-up digital communication in HubSpot preferred.
  • Localization and editing skills, strong visual and verbal communication skills, life science marketing experience, and a passion for creativity and quality required.
  • Experience with digital, marketing, and communication program management, vendor relations, and conference management required.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques and platforms: Google analytics, Salesforce, social media (HootSuite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing (HubSpot or equivalent), web content systems (HubSpot, Sitecore or equivalent) required.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and hit deadlines.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering results against milestones.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes and work closely with professional sales and marketing team members required.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Adobe Premier, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Additional Requirements:

  • Driving/Travel requirements - Travel up to 25%
  • Physical requirements – ability to occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Hours/Conditions – US: 40-hour work week; Canada: 37.5-hour work week
  • FLSA Classification – Exempt
