We currently have a job opening for a highly motivated, creative, versatile and experienced marketing manager with a strong technical background who can come in and hit the ground running and make a quick impact in accelerating our growth initiatives.

Your challenge

As Marketing Manager Demand Generation with a growth hacking mindset you will be responsible for defining, creating and implementing an array of highly targeted, engaging multi-channel programs that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer’s journey and deepen our relationship with current suspects and prospects. With your growth hacking mindset you are always looking for improving our effectiveness and increasing our conversion rates throughout the buying funnel. You ensure all leads generated through inbound and outbound channels are engaged, nurtured, qualified and efficiently handed over to our sales development representatives.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with proven experience in general marketing running on- and offline campaigns and events. The candidate should have a practical, hands-on mentality and the skills to create and fully execute the demand generation strategy that creates and captures demand. In your role as Marketing Manager Demand Generation you will work closely with the entire marketing team, local US team and key stakeholders within our company.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans within our target markets fitting our ICP, including using key marketing systems to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Align and constantly optimize inbound and outbound campaigns, tactics, tools and processes, ensure accurate messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and always-on marketing campaigns for each phase of the buyer journey.
  • Manage and run the portfolio of marketing programs, including: website, content marketing, email nurturing, paid advertising, content syndication, SEO, social media, blogs, webinars, video, etc..
  • Coordinate internal and guest speakers, webinars, and industry conference strategy, including but not limited to: identifying industry (digital) events, planning event logistics, vendor management, and pre-, at-, and post-event communication in collaboration with our team with a global and US focus.
  • Collaborate with and support our New Business Sales, Digital Marketing, Account Based Marketing and Partners on an integrated approach that maximizes revenue contribution.
  • Test, measure, analyse, and report on the demand generation program effectiveness on a regular basis to continuously improve our impact on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced) based on conversion rates, cost-per-lead metrics, and lead-to-opportunity conversion ratios.

Your qualities

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in all-round marketing, growth marketing, inbound marketing, demand generation, and or digital marketing.
  • Experience executing innovative, multi-channel demand generation programs for enterprise accounts in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge, affinity and experience in the process manufacturing industry and data analytics with understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement is a plus.
  • Fully proficient in HubSpot with a solid understanding of inbound and outbound (paid) marketing campaigns is a must. Knowledge of WordPress, graphical design tools and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Audiences, Google Adds, social platforms and Webmaster Tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are data-driven with experience analyzing data, testing hypotheses and generating insights to drive growth
  • Great at managing projects – prioritizing and balancing planning and delivery to meet deadlines
  • Dynamic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You don’t always need to be given directions and you do not take criticism personally
  • You are a life-long learner, constantly curious and growing.
