What is the opportunity?

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will optimize and manage our conversion rates for inbound marketing campaigns. Your passion for digital marketing and analytics will determine the best strategies for our business with the goal of improving our conversions.

What will you do?:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize evergreen paid advertising budgets and programs for Google search, display, and social advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Partner with web manager to convert website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content and offers.
  • Ensure marketing assets, including emails, ads, landing pages, and pillar pages, follow conversion-related best practices.
  • Develop strategy and partner with stakeholders on the execution of the content experience for website visitors that drives them through the buyer’s journey and ultimately converts them to leads.
  • Manage review sites and campaigns.
  • Partner with campaign managers to execute and optimize national and state-level targeted ad programs across inbound channels.
  • Leverage an account-based platform to manage and continually optimize display campaigns to targeted accounts based on intent signals and buying stage.
  • Conduct performance tests, such as A/B testing, bottleneck analysis, and usability testing.
  • In collaboration with marketing operations, develop closed-loop analytics to understand how inbound campaigns turn into sales opportunities and continually refine campaigns and processes to drive pipeline build.
What do you need to succeed?:
Must Have’s:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing roles with focus on lead conversion.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience using conversion assistance tools, such as Google Analytics or Hubspot.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMSs), such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of conversion enhancement, including copywriting, UX, and web analytics.

Nice to Have’s:
  • Experience using account based platforms to run display campaigns.
