The senior digital marketing specialist is responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. You will use organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media and other channels to increase awareness about our company, brands and products.


  • Increase traffic to websites to grow brand awareness, leads and sales.
  • Optimize to promote new products, brands and services.
  • Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Grow social media following, engagement and lead generation.


  • Administer multiple websites and publish content.
  • Understand the content management system to be able to perform basic HTML or CSS code updates and manage outside developer for major updates.
  • Use HubSpot to create CTAs, landing pages, forms, blogs, emails and workflows.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
  • Measure, analyze and report the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon, social, Google, YouTube and any partner websites.
  • Coordinate, post, monitor and engage social media for 2 brands.
  • Write various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, social media content and more.
  • Develop visual assets for campaigns.
  • Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.


  • Reports to: Sr. Global Marketing Communications Manager


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Arts.
  • Paid advertising campaigns including Amazon, social and Google.
  • E-commerce, Amazon a plus.


  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation software.
  • Experience with and a strong interest in working with various CMS tools and/or HTML. Some CSS a plus.
  • Task management software such as Asana, a plus.
  • Design skills, particularly with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other CC tools, a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and verbal communication skills. Experience with AP style a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness and ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.
