About the role

Looking to hire a Sales Operations Coordinator to assist with coordinating deal desk activities, CPQ quoting and order management, process enforcement and adherence, and cross functional coordination for software entitlements and invoicing. Individual must be reliable, forward thinking, and independent. Attention to detail is a key aspect of the role with data entry accuracy being a primary focus, as well as clear communication to teams involved in processing orders, entitlements, and invoicing.

Requirement

Specifically, the Sales Operations Coordinator will:

  • Own regional order management, which includes, validation of data entered Salesforce by sales, triggering notifications for entitlements to the licensing team and triggering invoicing notification to accounting by verifying the accuracy of the data entered by sales.
  • Process account creation requests from the business and follow strict guidelines outlined by Sales Ops and Accounting.
  • Be responsible for checking that all quotations, order documents, agreements, amendments, and purchase orders have been reviewed and approved accordingly prior to being sent to the client for signature.
  • Package up customer documents for signature for sales. All documents are to go through Sales Operations prior to final sign off by the customer.
  • Become a CPQ quoting expert with a strong understanding of the Ikon product catalogue and pricing models.
  • Conduct monthly audits of the data in Salesforce to ensure that data is accurate, and nothing was missed.
  • Own contract repository administration to ensure proper filing and electronic storage of all contracts, order documents, quotations, and purchase orders once signatures are received from both the client and Ikon Science authorized signatories.
  • Understand the NetSuite invoicing processes, requirements, and accounting contacts.
  • Act as enabler for sales colleagues on the processes and procedures for operational excellence as it relates to the deal desk, CPQ and order management processes.
  • Engage with ongoing Salesforce and CPQ enhancements, testing and requirements.
  • Work well with various departments and a multitude of personalities.
  • Follow guidance and expertise of Sales Operations Team Lead for all inquiries throughout and after onboarding completion.
  • Position is a direct report of the VP of Sales Operations, this role will have a dotted reporting line to the Team Lead of Sales Operations.
  • Role may require in office presence for specific training or sales meetings.

Role may be required to travel outside of the US to Canada, London or Kuala Lumpur.

Experience


  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce data entry and reporting.
  • 2+ years’ experience Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams and Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced Microsoft Office practitioner
