The Remote Site Manager. In the eyes of the client, this is the person that best represents our company. Direct point of contact with client representatives and front-line customers. This individual will possess extremely strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Responsible for the overall management of the services within Business & Industry. Responsible for successfully coordinating and supporting all activities including ultimate financial responsibility by management of the WOR. Works with all levels of the facility staff in all matters relating to the cleanliness of the facility.
This position will manage remote sites with anticipated travel at 50%
Achieve Budget/Financial Responsibilities

Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of financial data and statistics.

Controls expenses within area of responsibility.

Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures that department operates within budget.

Evaluates and justifies supplies, equipment and purchases as needed.
Customer Relations

Addresses and ensures Business & Industry client Needs are met.

Coaching management and hourly employees.

Encourages and nurtures associate creativity and innovation within the ESFM program.

Develop and maintain performance appraisals for staff on a timely and accurate basis.

Encourage staff to participate in additional training, education, and/or self-development.

Maintains a harassment free environment with good employee morale by demonstrating good employee relations practices and utilizing HR consultation when needed.
Administration
-
Keeps administration informed of activities, needs or concerns.

Maintains records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.

Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.

Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Education, Training and Experience:
Required
-
High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
-
1-2 years Facility Management experience
-
Hands on technical knowledge in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and general construction
-
3-5 years vendor management
-
Ability to travel up 50%
