As an AR Support Analyst, you will be responsible for completing all collection support role functions including but not limited to account reviews, rebills, plan changes, proration reviews and updates, eRequest and resolution follow-up as directed by SDI AR Support Management.

In this role you will:

• Review patient accounts for accuracy prior to placement to outside collection vendors
• Research and respond to SDI Collections inquiries
• Review remits and submit insurance billing requests where applicable during account
• Review correspondence in the CWF system and takes appropriate account and document
• Respond to requests which include researching payments, contractual adjustments, payment arrangements, audits, etc.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

One year of related experience required.
