Debt Specialist Job Summary
JG Wentworth has immediate openings for Experienced Debt Specialists! We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to build a successful and rewarding career with our growing Debt Settlement business. The Debt Specialist will take a consultative sales approach to assisting our customers with their unsecured debt.
Average employees make $75K with top performers exceeding $100K through base pay & uncapped commisions.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.)
- Successfully acquire new customers through prospecting efforts and by fielding new inbound inquiries

Work and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage active, in-process business and provide exceptional, responsive customer service

Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible

Review clients’ banking accounts to determine funds necessary and available to execute the program

Negotiate, deliver, and follow through to completion on client settlement offers and proposals between the client and the creditor
- Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management
Debt Specialist Education Requirements
Previous Debt Specialist / Debt Settlement Industry experience
