The Company officially entered a new high growth phase opening a second office in Houston.
As Office Manager/Bookkeeper you will directly impact the growth and success of the mission by providing seamless office operations for our two locations within a comfortable and creative environment. You will effectively coordinate daily office functions, provide accounting/bookkeeping and administrative support while enabling our dynamic group of innovative technology professionals and entrepreneurs to do what they do best.
We compensate generously including stock options.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily office operations including overseeing office sub-contractors
- Perform bookkeeping functions including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Ordering and stocking of office and breakroom supplies
- Coordinate and order daily group meals and special events
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the mission
We Are Looking For:
- An experienced administrative professional with a strong drive and initiative
- A friendly and approachable individual to interact with team members and guests
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with enthusiasm
- Sharp organizational skills to facilitate multitasking
- Personal discipline to maintain strict confidentiality
- Experience with accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Personal vehicle
Nice to Have:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient with QuickBooks
Location: Houston, Texas (on-site to hybrid)
